Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

We use Xactly in order to have a complete and detailed monitoring of your performance in terms of sales and MBO. It is really useful because it gives you, at a glance, a clear and deep picture of your achievement status and your day-by day progress. I know there are many different other similar tools but I think Xactly is really complete.

The most useful thing is that Xactly helped a lot with the maths there is behind our achievement and queries between different data sources. This is really important because it gives you at a glance a detailed picture of where you are along your monthly/quarterly/yearly journey to your targets
we are using different platforms in order to address planning and sales forecasts. I believe Xactly helps a lot in order to give a personal status to every single contributors
I think it is the only way to have an accurate and an updated data source to feed single positions
Honestly I don't know, but I think HR is continuously monitoring beside to Finance, data coming out from Xactly

I experienced Xactly only Sales performance monitoring and compensation and I think it is a perfect fit. I don't know if it works already well in terms of forecasting but I think it is an efficient platform to work on.
