Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

We use Xactly Incent for 90%+ of our commission plans. We integrate with Salesforce and Business Central.

Unsure, I am in IT.
Direct integration has led our IT department to be nearly hands off - only needed when plans change and new data is required. The Connect platform is top-notch for integrating outside systems.
We are starting to explore extracting the data into Snowflake for FP&A use, but it is still early stages.
From an IT perspective, the integration framework of Xactly is the world's best.
