We use the program for the receipt of invoices for our accounts payable processes.
- Reads documents and autofills fields well
- Archives documents
- Receives purchase orders from an outside system for matching to invoices
- Allow for expense allocation within invoice tasks instead of separate purchase request
- editing for errors when in export queue
- fewer lost invoices
- easy access to archived invoice copies
