Overall Satisfaction with Yotpo
We use Yotpo for reviews, loyalty, and SMS. We currently use it mostly within our marketing team and it's been amazing! It helps us to get honest feedback about our products, while also building lasting relationships with our customers.
- We've seen great ROI on SMS.
- It's harder to see direct ROI on reviews.
- Loyalty has a very good ROI as well.

We haven't worked with other loyalty or review platforms, however, we've worked with other SMS providers in the past. I feel that Yotpo's SMS Bump is much more robust and has better integrations than the other platforms. It's also much easier to manage than the other platforms.

Yotpo is great if you have a core selection of products, but I feel it would not be as great for companies with a constantly changing selection of products. It would just be a lot more heavy lifting to keep up with the changing products, whereas, for us with a set selection of products, it's an ~almost~ set it and forget it type of program.
