Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Zapier to integrate my various apps and to create triggers, where my usage of one app can trigger an action on another app.

Pros and Cons

If you use multiple apps and want to integrate them, Zapier is likely the best tool for this.
If you see how your action on a particular app might optimally trigger an action on another app, Zapier does this pretty well.

It is not the most user-friendly app - takes trial and error often to get it working right.
It could use video tutorials to optimize use.
Could use better illustration on how to customize the app for applications that aren't in its database.

Return on Investment

It's made me more productive in general.
