Overall Satisfaction with Zapier
We use Zapier to connect Google Forms to our calendar, create email confirmations and add people to our contact list.
When we take orders, we need to print a form out for our production team, make sure it's in the calendar, and send a confirmation to the customer. Zapier makes this easy and is a great tool to supplement Google Forms.

- Connects Google Forms to calendar
- Makes it easy to duplicate Zaps
- Provides customer service when there are issues.
- Could be easier to learn how to make zaps especially with calendars
- Need an easier way to format dates.
- Kept us more organized - are able to double check orders
- Improves communication and record keeping
- Improves customer service as the customer can get a confirmation of what we are making for them.
Zapier fills in for some of the features that are missing from Google Forms. Using them both is the best option for us.
