Great for incorporating and tracking changes

Collaborating with colleagues across multiple timezones is really important and Ziflow allows this and for rounds of changes to be consolidated. It also allows people to have conversations with eachother to find a resolution instead of going back to the designer multiple times. Ziflow solves working across timezones and allows proofs to be reviewed constantly. The ability for external clients to also be added to the proof to make their feedback helps to collate all feedback in one place easily accessible.

Ziflow has consolidated and made our review process more efficient. It took some time to integrate into our company but with regular use, the users get more confident with the software and understand the value of the features, eg comparison mode, mark-up tools, version control
