Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is the main way we keep track of sales and client communication. It allows use to share client info between sales people and handover sales with ease. Zoho CRM manages our sales pipe line, and sales communications which has been important in increasing our sales peoples capacity. We also use Zoho CRM to log details about sales that are then passed on to project managers.

  • Task management and delegation.
  • I have found that programming automation with workflows can get clunky and often requires a workaround.
  • Increased capacity of sales people who use Zoho CRM to its fullest.
  • More sales/income per sales person.
  • Accountability to sales/tasks.
Zoho is easy to learn, even for the person tasked with programming the software. The amount of help available online is great and Zoho offers very fast chat help for all paid users. We have used the chat service many times whilst learning the software and even have had them help create scripts for specific purposes.
We found Zoho CRM to be much more customizable than any of the many different software we tested before selecting Zoho. There are many cheaper, but these often only have one or two ways to manage a sale, where as Zoho can be programmed to do almost anything.

There was a learning curve in learning the scripting language however, but there are plenty of examples online that can be copied and adjusted to meet your needs.

ZOHO CRM is great for management of complex sales pipelines, as well as managing marketing emails. Zoho can track all communication with a client even with your phone system, which is great.
This software might not be suitable for sales teams with no existing formal sales process, or sales teams that like to do it "their way."
Heavy training is suggested on these occasions as the power of the CRM is lost if the team is not utilizing it to the fullest.
