Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use Zoho CRM to manage leads and studio openings. Leads have two automated flows that they follow, that were relatively easy to set up and customize, and the studio opening module has great customizability and we are able to update on a regular basis. 75% of employees are using Zoho CRM to get visibility into studio openings and lead status.

  • Instructions for power users (webhooks/API, etc.).
  • Much better data understanding across the business.
  • More control over data.
Super easy to implement and super easy for our employees to understand and follow. Modifications are quick and easy.
I would say ZOHO is easier to use and more accessible than Salesforce based on my experiences.

Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), Wisetail LMS, NetSuite ERP
Zoho CRM was very easy to implement at a basic level but it has enough depth to scale with the company, and we now use it extensively across different modules and different use cases. It's great that employees have a single place to get the information and don't need to use multiple systems to get what they need. Integration with other Zoho modules is a big plus.
