Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Easy to use system for end-users who do not use the software every day.
  • Easy to develop new forms.
  • Easy user interface for end users who only use product occasionally.
  • Pricing for Education institutions. We are a K-12 school and it is getting harder to get approved for the price
  • I has greatly reduced repetitive data entry for our users.
Good solid product. My only issue is the price for education institutions.
They keep coming out with form editors every couple of years with a little bit of a learning curve. Migrations from older forms to new forms have had trouble in the past.
The system was chosen before I arrived (over 8 years) so we have not evaluated an alternative.
