Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use CRM for account management. Creator for ERP. Inventory and Books. Campaigns.
The CRM helps the whole team communicate more effectively. We have many custom modules and it helps keep accounts organized.
  • Linking accounts to custom fields.
  • Mass update is particularly helpful.
  • Good storage for data.
  • Great incorporation with Gmail and calendar.
  • Very customizable.
  • Tasks are hard to follow. Not a good layout.
  • Sometimes tasks disappear
  • Zoho also crashes frequently, though comes back up after notifying customer service
  • File storage is minimal
  • Ability to reach potential client.
  • Reports are very user friendly.
  • Analytics are very helpful.
Zoho is very user friendly. We previously had Salesforce and Zoho is definitely more user friendly and more easily customized. You can also search and troubleshoot any questions or problems that you face and are able to easily and efficiently fix the issue or figure out correct usage.
With onboarding process, they configure and customize your fields to your specifications. We are now trying to integrate an ERP with Creator. We did have a problem because we had to outsource and most who work on this are overseas. It is difficult to build an ERP through online meetings that internet interrupts and the time zones are so different. It has turned into an expensive process. Though when complete, it will integrate with what we are already using. There are many Zoho Add-ons that are helpful.
Zoho is much more user friendly and has more capabilities than Salesforce. We can integrate more of our other processes where Salesforce was limited.
I don't care for new layout in Zoho with tasks, meetings, etc. It was much easier to review in Salesforce. More of a 'one page view'.

The fields are very customizable and user friendly. We have customized to our needs.
Our employees have a hard time reading older tasks because they are not in order and layout changed for the worse. There is a very small window that you have scroll through and very hard to follow.
