Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM Plus

Zoho CRM has been our core system for many years. The initiative interface with all integrated sales & marketing applications included in this suite are marvelous. We don't just use it for that purpose, but advocate it to other businesses so they can also leverage it. Zoho CRM is helping us in closing more business opportunities in less time with relatively minimal efforts. Some of the following advantages we have observed:
  • Organised lead generation from its marketing applications (Campaigns, Survey, Social and my favourite SalesIQ).
  • Nurturing the leads with business specific life-cycle (our own bespoke sales cycle).
  • In-app emails with tight Google Apps' integration.
  • Loving dashboards & reports build on BI (Zoho Analytics).
  • Omni-channel approach.
  • Efficient in marketing solution (from mass mailing to website tracking).
  • Powerful BI with capabilities of custom reports and dashboards.
  • Email intelligence and AI (artificial intelligence) ZIA.
  • Cost Effective.
  • Live chat and customised bot to turn web visitors into deals.
  • CPQ processes inbuilt in its CRM should be improved.
  • Managing multi-tenant organisations' flexibility.
  • Offering it on-premise would be game-changer for us.
  • Increased ROI by 45% in the first 2 years; and overall 63.5%.
  • Sales cycle is reduced by half of its earlier duration.
