Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho Social is being used by my Social Media Management team. It is really helping us in channelizing our Social Media strategy and scheduling our posts. This helps us in saving a lot of time from going from platform to platform posting our content. It brings all the posts onto one platform, which is really helpful. Also, it gives key metrics regarding the new likes, etc.

It's very helpful in replying directly from the app itself to the comments by customers. It also helps a lot in the analysis of the posts and overall progress of the postings.
