Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We use Zoho Social to post all our social media content across all our platforms. As an online team, we all share responsibility for posting and Zoho Social gives us an easy and reliable interface for team social media engagement.

  • Easy for teams to use.
  • Make it possible to manage multiple brands in one account.
  • Ability to log out of one brand and into another on Zoho Social Mobile.

Buffer was easy to use but doesn't integrate with Instagram. Later is easy to use but doesn't connect with LinkedIn. Hootsuite connects to them all but has a cumbersome interface. Zoho beats them all with a clean, easy interface and ability to post to FB, IG, and LinkedIn.
Zoho Social is perfect for managing your brand content across all the main platforms you have and makes it easy for teams to share the job of social posting. It may not be ideal if one is managing multiple brands, unless you pay for the plans that allow you to do so. I haven't been able to determine if managing multiple brands can be done on the mobile app. I work around that by having one account logged in on my phone and one on my tablet.
