Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
We are currently using Zoho Social to post across multiple platforms and analyze our post-performance ASN audiences.
- Beautiful, comprehensive reports
- Easy user interface
- Great calendar
- Great "best posting times" data
- Social media tags don't usually work properly.
- Link previews do not consistently display correctly.
2 - Our Zoho Social users are our Communications Director and Communications Manager. We share post-performance information with the staff and ED as we work to develop our outward-facing messaging.
- Zoho Social will help us better analyze ROI of marketing, but we're still a new user.
Zoho Social has more comprehensive reporting than Hootsuite, is comparable to NapoleonCat on reporting with the exception of competitor analysis, and exceeds Constant Contact's social capabilities in all respects. Post previews and tags are much better on Hootsuite and comparable to NapoleonCat and CC.
