Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
Zoho Social is currently being implemented to streamline our social media management and user engagement. This app allows us to have a full view of our analytics real time so that we can make informed decisions about our strategies daily, monthly, and yearly. It is mainly used by our marketing department.
- Analytics - Gives great details on users/data.
- Integration - easy integration with other technologies.
- Engagement - allows user to communicate easily on platform to social contacts.
- Price point - I feel the price point could be lower or the option to add users add lower tier plan.
- Quicker social media engagement allows for better customer interactions and has increased our sales.
Zoho Social works best for our company because we utilize other zoho products and Zoho Social talks to those applications allowing us to streamline tasks.
