Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I've been using Zoho Social for about two weeks and I love it! By far the easiest scheduling software I have used. I'm looking forward to seeing what Zoho can do!

  • Allow Collaborations on scheduled posts not just drafts
  • I'm still very new, so I am not yet sure how the impact on ROI will be

It is easy and straigtforward but I wish it had better functionality with Instagram.
I immediately had a REAL PERSON check in to see how Zoho was working for me. Sai even called me to walk me through adding a user. THANK YOU! Easiest support ever!
Zoho is great for collaboration before posts go live; however, it is not the best if you use a lot of carousels on Instagram.
