Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We use Zoho Social to manage leads from Facebook and LinkedIn. We're able to automate our lead management and easily access the leads coming in to our Zoho CRM. No more daily download of CSV files for us. It's really a time-saver for our organisation who handles hundreds of leads monthly.

Zoho Social is really great because it not only allows to manage our social media content and marketing, but it also helps us effectively manage our leads from our lead generation campaign on Facebook and LinkedIn.

Zoho Social is effective both for managing our social media content marketing, and managing leads from social media lead generation campaigns.
Their support is good, but they can improve on the response time not only for Zoho Social but also for Zoho CRM and Marketing Automation support.
Zoho social is really efficient and effective for existing Zoho CRM users because of the seamless integration. You can easily access your leads inside the CRM without manually uploading CSV files or lists. It's great for us because we have lead generation campaigns on Facebook and Linkedin. The leads will automatically sync on our CRM.
