Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We have multiple clients with multiple accounts, so we needed a platform that was quick and easy to use but had advanced features when we needed them. This was evidently exactly what we got we with Zoho Social
  • Jumping between multiple accounts easily
  • A well presented social calendar that's easy to manage
  • A really simple interface for posting content quickly
  • Scheduling threads on Twitter would be great
  • Built trust with client that we can handle their social media without having to bother them.
  • Given the agency a hub where I can share ideas and get team input
  • Is a realistic price compared to others we have tried
They have far more tools than just social, so we thought we would try them and if we liked them we could use the rest of their suite too. Turns out we liked them a lot

Taking a client's brief, scheduling an entire month's posts in one afternoon, then seeing the analytics each day to assess how the posts have done. It works perfectly.
