Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We used WebEx before switching to Zoom. I was not a part of the buying or decision making process, but I do use Zoom often as I work in our East Coast office as opposed to our CA HQ. It makes it easy to have meetings with other colleagues and prospects.

- High quality video
- Easy to schedule and set up meetings on their platform
- The Zoom Rooms are extremely error prone.
- We very commonly have technical difficulties.
- Not sure how to even contact support.
- People who aren't sitting close to the microphone are difficult to hear on the other end.
- I believe we saved money over WebEx but not sure.
- The Zoom Rooms is a plus over WebEx which didn't have this feature, I just wish they worked well more consistently.
- Helps collaboration across different offices.
The Zoom Rooms are great for going in and sharing screens in a meeting or having a meeting with full teams in different locations. However, it is very common that the audio will simply not work and we have to manually dial in. This also hurts the audio quality when you manually dial.
I was not part of the decision making process but Zoom seems to be more user friendly. The Zoom Rooms are definitely a plus when they are working correctly.
