Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We use Zoom for all customer calls as well as internal communication. We are currently evaluating moving all of our support center to Zoom. If their support solution is half as strong as their call solution, we'll be very excited about this solution.

- Rapid log on
- Contact center solution is less robust (initially)
- Setting up a call for real-time can take a bit of work if not pre-scheduled/set up
- Easier communication in a distributed environment.
We love Zoom Rooms. All of our conference rooms are equipped with Zoom material, and it makes scheduling extremely easy.
Zoom is extremely simple. That's the biggest win.
