Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We recently offered Zoom as an additional unified communications solution to our end users globally. The challenges our organization faced included engaging with external customers. Our internal (on-prem) solution was not suitable for customers and partners. Therefore, we implemented Zoom and made it available for all end users to purchase single-use licenses. We are very happy with the product and are looking forward to utilizing services offered by Zoom partners.
- Extremely user-friendly. Launching the application and connecting to a meeting is very easy.
- Because it is a cloud-based solution, we have not experienced latency or hiccups as of yet.
- I am not familiar enough with Zoom to offer input on improvement.
- I do not have visibility into business impact.
We are making all platforms available.
