Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We use Zoom for daily meetings with remote, international and collaborative teams. As IT personnel, I use Zoom for screen-sharing and remote control. This is especially useful for me when users are working from home and having difficulties connecting to a VPN or certain internal tools.
- Helpdesk support for administrators.
- Ease of use.
- Webinars and educational opportunities.
- Remote control through screen sharing.
- Timed recordings would be a great tool. Sometimes I need to initiate a Zoom meeting early in the day. I wish I could set up a 'Start Record' time.
- Positive: Communication and team-building, even without being in the same physical area.
- Negative: We sometimes have meetings that continue on and are drawn out with irrelevant information due to the ability to share data and/or sidebars.
I have had a great experience with Zoom Rooms. They allow me to expand my reach and ability to help users to the masses through Zoom room training sessions and meetings.
