Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is being used across the whole organization. It is our sole way we conduct meetings -- onsite and offsite.
- Simplicity- Users of all tech levels quickly and easily use Zoom.
- Mobility - Ease of use on mobile devices.
- Portability - Mobile Zoom Rooms on cards. I'm able to quickly spin up a meeting on short notice.
- Zoom screen share - more features/capabilities like TeamViewer, perhaps.
- Provided ease of use for our end-users to collaborate and communicate with one another.
- Easy for our IT Department to implement, onboard, and manage.
Really easy and quick to set up - both for end-users and our IT Department.
We've used Lync, aka Skype for Business, and found that Zoom was much simpler to use, as well as manage.
