Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We currently use Zoom for our weekly meetings. It helps us be on track with some of our colleagues that are in different states in the country. We also use Zoom to communicate with our clients and in some cases do some service support with them - so that is great! Zoom Rooms are fantastic to start a conversation with great video quality and audio. Zoom Webinars have been really useful in order to talk to our clients. They are easy to use and cloud recording helps us keep a history of every webinar for future clients.

- Being able to use one platform to chat and communicate with video is great
- More info on how to save webinars and edit them
- When they announce new products, they should have them offered in Spanish on day one
- It would be great to edit all the pictures of our Zoom team profiles all at once
- We have improved collaboration between all our staff.

Zoom Rooms are fantastic and easy to use. We use it with MXW from Shure and a P300 from Shure. Audio quality is great and it really easy to use. We stopped using another brand to show the video from our computer. We even stop using HDMI or VGA cables. Our conference tables look cleaner and ready to work with the team. We are implementing a new Zoom Room this month and looking to have 2 more. It is easy and fast to do.
Zoom is cheaper and easy to use, while GoToWebinar charges you for different add-ons. Also using one platform is easier to implement for our IT department.
