Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Phone

I work for a company that is a wholesale distributor of Zoom Phone for LATAM and Europe. The use of Zoom Phone is not only a tool for demonstration to our channels, but it has become an improvement in the experience of the company's internal users, since the interoperability we have between Meeting, Chat and PHONE has allowed us led to having a better response time between us and with our clients.Zoom Phone definitely improved the company's operations.
  • Escalate from Chat to Call with one click
  • Calls to our clients throughout LATAM
  • Call transfers between extensions
  • It would be interesting if in the future there was a version of Zoom Phone IN-SITU to reduce broadband use
  • Internally it has reduced the cost of local telephone lines
  • It has reduced response times with customers (SLA)
As I mentioned before, the interoperability between Zoom Phone communication channels with Chat and Meeting makes this a good user and customer experience.
