Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS
We use Zoominfo for sales intelligence and prospecting. It allows us to narrow our efforts to very specific buyer personas and industry verticals.
Pros
- Vast amount of data
- UX is pretty straight forward with a little familiarity
- Ability to narrow target and pull lots of information
- Salesforce and Salesloft integration
Cons
- Contact info is very hot or miss. Sometimes there are multiple phone # and emails to vet.
- Information can be outdated, it doesn't seem to update often.
- Intent signals appear to be relatively unreliable.
- Not helpful for targeting early stage companies, there just isn't much info, if any
