Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS
I regularly use Zoominfo to identify contact information and generate alerts for buyers who match my ideal customer profile, and then directly import companies and contacts into Salesforce, then imported into Salesloft for email and phone prospecting/outreach. The connection between Zoominfo and Salesforce work great. I like the email alerts when new contacts are added to my predetermined criteria. My primary concern is that I regularly encounter contact information that is outdated. But overall I like using Zoominfo.

N/A. Only similar product I've used is eTailinsights. I think Zoominfo is better for B2B prospecting, and eTailinsights for identifying B2C prospects.
