Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS
Zoominfo is an excellent tool! We use Zoominfo in capturing potential client information, including the right contacts to prospect and solicit our services to. Using Zoominfo, we are able to capture a high percentage (at least 95%) of the necessary data needed for successful prospecting.
Pros
- Allows me to capture specific contacts and their contact info, related to the services we are wanting to present to the company.
- Allows me to capture the proper locations for corporate offices and also locations where key contacts are domiciled.
- Allows me to see company details and data around a specific company, i.e., how long they've been in business, what services or products do they sell, how many employees they have, what their company revenue is, etc.
Cons
- Ensure company and contact contacts are up to date and as accurate as possible.
- Ensure company addresses are accurate, along with any new addresses of additional facilities.
- Ensure phone numbers and emails are accurate and up to date (have found numbers that are no longer in use and emails that get kicked back.

Zoominfo is easier and more seamless to use than Hoovers. Time is money. Anywhere you can save time translates into better profitability for an organization!
