Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS
I use ZoomInfo to get contact info of prospects and I use the intents to know who is probably in the buying process of our products. I also use the different filters to find company that would be our ICP for various reasons (funding, anniversary, new role, etc.). I also use some of the course available on Zoom Info to help learn more on the OB process.
- Intents, companies in the buying process for our products
- Detailed, precise role, which help find the right person
- Lot of filters, which helps find the right company to target
- Too much manual work (add AI maybe)
- Direct contact possibility
- More user cusomization
The intents are the best data for us since we really need our customer to be at a certain stage of a buying process, since we do not sell products that are a year long need. Specific roles are also helpful to find the perfect buyer since it is quite specific roles that are buyer for us.
