ApplicantPro is well suited in a environment where an employer isn't hiring a ton of people - this is because ApplicantPro is built with some automation, but you do have to pay attention to each individual candidate. ApplicantPro would be less well suited for a company looking to hire a lot of people or a company where they want to post a ton of different jobs

The training videos are a great tool for someone new to the system, and lines up really well with the ease of use that the system demonstrates overall - my team all watched these over the course of a week and became fairly proficient in using the system before we had it rolled out. Previously systems i have used haven't allowed for the extraction of financials in enough detail from the system. Vincere allows us to break our data down by contingent and retained, then by stage in order to truly see our pipeline in detail.
Read full review Pros Notifies me when someone has applied for a position. Send follow-up emails to applicants. Relatively easy to set up a job posting. Read full review Pipeline management: the system gives a $ value for every part of the recruiting pipeline so I can accurately forecast what revenue is coming in. I've never seen this in a recruitment CRM, I believe it's quite a unique feature. Price: although pricing was not the #1 criteria for me when I am choosing software, we are saving big with Vincere. I am paying $39/licence each month. This is a saving of 70% on our previous vendor yet the quality of the system is much better. Search: this is probably the feature that our consultants appreciate most. The advanced search allows you to search contextually across everything in the system and really refine and drill down into the nitty gritty. Read full review Cons Recently it has been a bit harder to push jobs to my Favorite job boards. Can be hard to reach a CSR for help. Read full review While Vincere has spell check correcting keyboard, spelling and grammatical errors is more difficult than it should be. This is somewhat mitigated by ongoing development in other areas. Vincere invoicing systems could be improved. This is not a huge problem if you don't have multiple accounts with parent company access group but we do and this can be confusing at times. Not a deal breaker by any standards so more a general comment than a complaint. Read full review Likelihood to Renew
It is a solid product that is easy to use and implement.

The slow load times, buggy performance, and constant need to use workarounds make it a hugely frustrating offering, as basic as a candidate search requires the exact details to be entered or it cannot find the record in question. We struggled to get our data off their platform which should raise a very real warning for any customers who wants to leave, we were also tied into a lengthy contract, in hindsight, I should have realised the fact they felt the need to tie us in for so long suggests the product alone would not make us want to stay.

Our Implementation Consultant Alan is super helpful 10/10 recommend!! If I have a question he gets in contact super fast. If he does not have an answer right away he talks to other departments and gets back in thouch within 48 hours. He was definitely the most helpful person out of everyone we talked to

We tried using
's built in job applications. It didn't post to near as many job sites and that is why we switched.

We came very close to signing with
. To be fair it looks like a good system but we've heard stories from contacts of ours who have been burned by them. Also, we dealt with about 4 different salespeople during the sales cycle which didn't sit well with me. After being on our previous system for so many years we wanted to make the right choice. We also looked at
and Talent Rover but the quotations came back too high. Plus, I've used Salesforce.com before and didn't have a great experience. We were quite nervous about signing with a company that we'd never heard of - Vincere- but we felt in capable hands with the team there. It's been a really positive experience.
Read full review Return on Investment ApplicantPro has given us a cost-efficient way of getting our jobs out to several free job sites and does a great job of integrating with Indeed. We typically get a great flow of candidates when we post with ApplicantPro. Read full review Candidates are lost in the pipeline. With so many candidates, they are forgotten in the system. Notification system leaves us asking each other if something has been done. There is no automation in it. It's like putting papers in a shoebox and digging them all out with the 'incredible' search system. They call 3 times a week to ask if everything is OK. It is not okay to ask users what they want and release it 3 months later. Read full review ScreenShots
