Bullhorn Connexys vs. Crelate

Bullhorn Connexys manage to improve the precedent and of the candidates, exponential and scalable growth is generated in most of the departments, although the only department that uses this tool is the human resources department, we have noticed that in general, all the jobs have improved All hired personnel are selected through an advanced selection filter to guarantee the hiring of only trained personnel or the one with the best work quality.

• Interface isn't great - there's a lot of clicking around required that I wish was streamlined
• This isn't a self-explanatory platform - you have to dig around a while before you figure out how to use some features, like the filtering of contacts, for example. There's a place that you'd think you filter, but that actually changes the contacts list instead.
• It often crashes and you have to sign out and sign back in for it to work again.

It works, but not sure that it's the best/we might try out alternatives first.

We use Bullhorn to help us recruit, hiring, and manage the complete recruitment and applicant tracking process. We use it to manage the placement and activities of all employee data necessary to manage that placement. All of the data is accessible in one system and provides us with a complete array of reports. There is a learning curve...but...it is easy to use.

Usually the Crelate support is very responsive and quick to fix any problems that arise. I've personally seen emails of the threads where Crelate support was quick to resolve problems and act courteously while doing so. While I have never called their line, it seems that their phone support is also well experienced.

Bullhorn is a much quicker process than Indeed. I used both platforms and have had success with both. However, if I want a job filled quicker my best bet is bullhorn because it instantly gets delivered to the candidate's email. Whereas Indeed, the candidate has to log into the website to see my job posting.

• Easier to use, modern, supports drag and drop. Easy to set up and use. Fewer keystrokes
• better support than zoho, not as good (but getting there) as PCR
• Crelate is a smaller company, nimble and has ear of the customer
• LIke ability to click and dial!

• Quickly interfaces with LinkedIn to important candidates. This makes importing candidates quick and easy!
