JobDiva is a global applicant tracking system (ATS) and front-to-back talent management solution. JobDiva combines a CRM, synchronization with all major job boards and VMS providers, BI analytics, a mobile app, and a resume database. JobDiva also advertises unique search filters for screening resumes.
When compared to JobDiva, CEIPAL TalentHire is more user friendly while getting more accurate results in less time. Also CEIPAL TalentHire makes it easy to search profiles.
Bullhorn is not user friendly and does not have as many features as CEIPAL does. JobDiva is good but is very expensive and also is missing job boards integration feature.
JobDiva was also a good ATS, but after working with that software for a while, we realized that it is so messed up when it comes to UI. It was so confusing with many options on the front line that we were facing many problems, and it took us forever to post IT requirements.
