Likelihood to Recommend ClickUp is fantastic for a company that has a strong emphasis on execution and project management. ClickUp feature set is amongst one of the strongest in the industry. As a software business, we require this sort of feature set for things like sprints, GANTT, agile and much more. ClickUp can be daunting for companies that are looking for basic project management without the bells and whistles. There are other project management providers that have a much simpler platform. If you are a fast growing dynamic tech company I really don't see another option that rivals ClickUp
Read full review Being able to allow all budget holders access to their reports via Prophix and having charts on the dashboards which give an image of where we are financially as a company each month is really helpful, our users appreciate the access and not receiving emails with reports. The drill down in the reports provides much more detail for the budget holders and going forward we are going to try to use the line item details to provided a greater amount of information. Using the Detailed Planning Manager for Personnel Planning during budget setting was a game changer - being able to view the costs and being much more accurate with regard to start and end dates and applying a cost of living increase which we could adjust to see how it would affect the budget overall was really helpful.

Prophix offers tremendous flexibility in reporting that is not available through our ERP system. Prophix is very adaptable to many different types of industries. What Prophix has explained as a benefit is a huge detriment for us and we've been working with them for 6 months on a fix and it's yet to get resolved There are certain aspects that a messy; within our budgeting and forecasting detail, we have "unexplained balance" lines that show up that are distracting and add no value. Lack of a centralized location for content outside of tool; for example, training, help, support, intranet, etc are all separate websites and not easy to get to. I'm not sure why all of this isn't linked to the same account and accessible through the tool. Why should we need separate passwords for everything Prophix?! Read full review Likelihood to Renew We're very pleased with how the system works in general. For over a year we've barely ever had any problems with ClickUp and there might have only been one or two times when it wasn't operational for us due to a global emergency. Moreover, when we had a problem once with renewing our licenses we've been contacted directly by our account manager and taken care of in a very professional way (with a due refund as well). The exceptional customer service makes us firmly believe that ClickUp is just the right tool for us.

Prophix has continuously proven to improve their product over the years, which provides an even higher level of confidence in this tool, and future developments
Read full review Usability Far easier to use than any other PM tool. ClickUp is incredibly intuitive and had us saving time and energy within the first week of implementation. In my opinion, PM software should make it easier to focus on the deliverables - it shouldn't take all your time and energy to learn how to use the tool in the first place. ClickUp is a user-friendly tool that actually helps us focus on what's important.
Read full review The data can be sliced and diced many ways, and each user is able to do it however they like. It is easy to create or run existing reports. We have made many of our processes more efficient, and Prophix has allowed us to save more time than you can imagine. We are able to use Prophix for Expense tracking, Expense and Capital planning, reforecasting, Compensation planning, Project tracking, Expense allocation, GAAP PLOB reporting, and still have several more tasks to implement through Prophix
Read full review Reliability and Availability For over a year ClickUp was unavailable to us just twice for a couple of hours. I would say for a system this big and working globally that was a minor issue. They managed to fix all the issues within a couple hours and then it was back up and running perfectly fine.
Read full review Prophix's CS is one of the best that we communicate with. Response time is reasonable, and they can communicate via email or phone or Teams. Multiple ways to communicate and if any additional questions that they cannot answer, i am redirected to the correct individual to assist
Read full review Performance I understand that it's a beast and does a lot of things, which is probably why it's laggy. But I do find it takes longer than I'd like to load, and if I am sending a complex document to a client or team member they aren't quite sure if they're getting the right thing at first. This is actually a pretty significant problem - my biggest beef with ClickUp.
Read full review Prophix has always performed consistently. We are using on-premise so many factors can contribute to slower than desired performance, most having nothing to do with Prophix itself. If we move to the web-client cloud based solution I believe performance will even be better.

They are incredibly respectful and accommodating. Whenever I run into an issue, I know that ClickUp support will be happy to answer any questions and help my team out. When I start a support ticket, I know that I won't be getting sent article recommendations, I will be speaking to their customer support team immediately

Never talked to anyone at Prophix that I didn't respect or think highly of! Very professional, great customer service!
Read full review In-Person Training The initial integration consultant was very helpful in making sure we were set up with all the essential uses we required: reporting/budgeting/forecasting. There was a learning curve but our consultant made it very easy to understand and helped me be comfortable in my Global Admin role in the system. Even after integration, we were given support whenever I came up with an idea I would get in touch and I would be trained on how I can implement it.
Read full review Online Training There are multiple guides on literally all of the functions you can find within the system, therefore it's easy to learn anything you'd really like to use, starting from project and people management, down to Gantts, mind maps, time tracking, inviting Clients as guests to work with you on the projects and so much more.
Read full review We used our system and created a test cube to work with our own data. We ran through the different functions of Prophix and covered alot of material. We did two sessions a week, with homework tasks assigned. We were able to ask questions and cover any questions during the followup sessions.
Read full review Implementation Rating Using ClickUp is fairly easy. There are multiple guides on how to use all of the functions in the system. An organization wanting to start working with ClickUp should simply try it out and see how it would like to adapt its workflow to the possibilities the system gives the users.

I didn’t have to train anyone from the team on how to use it. They easily understood how it works. It’s simple, clear and straightforward. Every move you make, it’s actually what you expect it to do.

It proved to have less of an implementation timeframe, and we felt more comfortable supporting the system ourselves post-implementation. We were also surprised to find that Prophix's pricing was more competitive than its rivals, which made the decision process quite easy.
Read full review Scalability Scaling with ClickUp is superb. If you create a workflow best suited for your organization then it's all about creating new accounts and teaching the new employees the workflow you're using. It's that simple. There is no black magic when it comes to Clickup.
Read full review We are a medium sized company, but the structure of Prophix would seemingly adapt to whatever sized organization you have. It also can be applied in any area of an enterprise that needs performance management, whether it involves financial data or not. The potential for application within the enterprise is really only limited by you imagination.
Read full review Return on Investment ClickUp has had a positive impact since it has allowed the Global Operations Department to have a consistent collaboration by having this app as a repository of Projects and Programs, which has enabled a faster synchronization and stronger collaboration to better allocate resources. A positive impact is a faster and clearer prioritization process for the executives since this app allows you to have a full picture of what's going on across the board.
