And I mean that wholeheartedly, only because my experience has been so wonderful, and one of the things that I was warned against moving to Conga CLM was support. "Oh, their support's not that great." Absolutely wrong. I have received nothing but top-notch service support and there have been a lot of service requests for me only because of my gap in knowledge and every single person, one person in particular, always was jumped right in, very quick to respond, didn't just throw a knowledge article at me, actually said, "Hey, let's get on a Zoom together. Let's figure out what the issue is, and let's figure out what the solution is. " And it's that game changer for me. I'm very big on customer service, and Conga's support staff is amazing. I give a 12 on that. The product itself is just easy, and the team loves it. It works great. I work directly with sales, and we're actually wanting to get more of our documents into Conga CLM. Right now, we just have our master service agreement and some of our order forms, but we have other amendments and addendums and other business lines that we're trying to get into the system. It's just finding time.

I would recommend Honeybook to other coaches, consultants, and small business owners. It may not be appropriate for a large team's use, but works for the size of organization I currently own and manage. It also integrates with QuickBooks and makes financial data management fairly seamless.

Template driven contract creation: when sales team needs to generate multiple contracts per day, instead of manually drafting each contract , by Conga CLM we can select pre approved template and system auto fills pricing details , customer name, legal terms etc
Renewal and obligation tracking: Conga CLM sends automated alerts when renewal noticed needs to be send 30days before expiry. It also flags upcoming renewals.
Audit trail and compliance: Conga CLM logs every action automatically and supports regulatory compliance like SOX audit.

HoneyBook offers incredible resources to train users how to best use their system. It's informative and eye-opening to watch one of their training sessions.
I love how easy HoneyBook makes it to create highly professional materials that are beautiful. Its brochures and selling materials are stellar and I'm able to streamline the process without feeling like I actually have to sell my capabilities.
I'm thrilled with the billing system and how simple it is to automate. I love that I can see how my customers have engaged with the bills.
The app helps me feel connected to my leads and data while I'm away from my computer.

The online scheduling tool does not work with different time zones very well. It doesn't automatically adjust to my clients' timezones and it doesn't even have many international time zones as an option! I had 3 clients in a row schedule meetings at the wrong time when I first started using HoneyBook's scheduler. I had to switch to Calendly because HoneyBook's scheduling tool was causing me to lose business.
The transaction fees for instant deposits are expensive.
[I believe} many of the features on HoneyBook are half-baked. It's marketed as an all-in-one business management platform, but I'm still using Calendly, Google Drive, Typeform, Clockify, and ClickUp because HoneyBook's equivalent features aren't as sophisticated or as easy to use.
The notes section for client projects does not have much space or allow for any custom formatting such as hyperlinks, bold text, highlighted text, etc. Tools such as Teamwork, Pipedrive, Asana, and ClickUp do a much better job at displaying this type of information.

Simple and easy to use for the legal team to creates contracts in Salesforce and with the help of conga contract attaches the different clauses through the bundle and sends them for negotiation and for signature. Since I do not use ALL the functionality in HoneyBook, I have wondered if the plan I am on is too much. That is why I rated a 9 rather than 10. I have definitely considered downgrading but not leaving HoneyBook.
I would give it a 10 because it's easy. The way that we've set it up and the process, you know, when you're working with a sales team, which is what I work with, they need something easy to learn and quick because they need to concentrate on making sales. So you got to give them that. And that's exactly what Conga CLM has offered to us, a very easy platform that they can get their contracts out the door, we can get to clients and then they can move on to their next sale.

This is now a copy-paste response since this platform is asking me to answer every single question. It is such a negative experience with Honeybook that they even upset me while I'm trying to warn others of all the horrible pitfalls in working with the platform.
Conga CLM’s availability has been solid in my experience as for a logistics company like ours that needs access across time zones and departments, Conga CLM is a great solution.

Conga CLM performs reliably across our organization. It handles large volumes of contracts without lag, keeps workflows flowing smoothly, and processes automation tasks efficiently. The system remains responsive, even during busy days, no performance lag.

Very very difficult to get support. The support team is great for simple, general questions. If we ran into anything complex, we usually would figure it out before they could help us. We often were bounced around from rep to rep

They have ALWAYS been amazing when I needed any type of service or help. Their concierge service is also amazing vs other services I have used in the past. I have confidence when I ask for help - both through Chat or even on their Facebook group that I will get an answer quickly.

Conga University is the best! loved it. The courses are very well designed which makes learning easy and great. I have taken courses for conga contracts, composer, conga sign, and conga batch. Courses are beneficial if you want to implement Conga products for your clients or for your organization. Highly recommended to sign up for Conga university and start learning

Conga CLM capabilities and speed is very good compared to other CLM solutions and also scalable and easy to configure and manage the enhancements. Conga CLm is also great for multiple verticals and users from various departments can easily adopt to the CLM applications or tool. The eas of use is also a factor

Honeybook and Dubsado have a lot of similarities. I'd say the only big difference is that Dubsado still has more advanced workflow capabilities. Dubsado also is much harder to set up. Honeybook is simpler and easier to use right from the start.

Based on my experience using Conga CLM across a growing logistics operation with varied departments, I’d confidently rate its overall scalability a 9 out of 10. Provides multi site support, has proven ready for the long haul and provides a secure environment.

The time saved for our Legal team to generate and go through redlining for customers allows us to process the create the multitude of contracts that come through the system daily quickly and correctly.
Sales is able to get accurate information relatively quickly and get contracts in customers hands faster due to the tools available. This provides our business a much more sustainable and quick ability to grow.

HoneyBook was very cost effective which was great for ROI!
HoneyBook was easy to use which made for a quick employee on-boarding for new team members.
HoneyBook had some features that were not available on the platform that are considered standard for any other CRM such as data pull, platform integrations, and customization options.
