    Two big use cases where it's very well suited: onboarding of our clients and churn prevention. It just saves me so much time and helps me recommend more strategic suggestions. At the end of the day I can see my productivity being a lot higher than before having Custify.

    SoGoSurvey

    We use Sogosurvey to obtain feedback from course candidates after they have attended a course. This is invaluable to us as the candidates can complete the feedback in their own time after the course is completed rather than them having to do it while attending the course.We also use SoGoSurvey to get feedback from our volunteer instructors who work for other organizations and at different hours so the ability for them to complete the surveys in their own time is invaluable.

    • Easy to use - easy to create surveys, send to participants and review the results
    • The library of ready to use templates is so helpful!
    • The large variety of question types helps to keep the survey interesting for the participant.
    • The "smart" question logic is amazing. I love having a follow up question appear depending on how the participant answers a previous question.

    • There was a problem integrating our CRM at first, and to be honest, I almost switched to another product because it's a big deal for us, but they got it worked out significantly faster than any of us guessed it would take, so we stayed, and I'm glad it worked out.
    • The main data point still missing is global revenue. I reached out and they said it's in the works. The software is making us money, so we're staying and hope this works out as fast as the CRM issue.

    • Providing users the ability to follow along a specific question example (eg. placeholder text in questions that users can see what the answer might look like)
    • Better media management and implementation (eg. placing images/videos/gifs/etc. as standalone assets in the survey)
    • Making the images added into a survey responsive to the screen they are being viewed on (eg. any images added to a survey do not adjust to the size of the screen, consequently showing up very small on mobile/tablet view)
    • Exporting the survey to Word looks horrible - we'd love if the survey could be exported the way it looks when live into a similar-looking Word document or template

    Overall a great tool with very useful features. It's UI seems a bit clunky and there is no full dashboard. Without these it takes a bit of work to find what you need and get an overview of current activity. Also, implementing everything takes a bit of work. I would recommend it to any saas that is serious about scaling and has a customer success dept

    Very easy to use. My only challenge was the features offered in their Plus package didn't offer everything I would have liked (e.g. branching). The other area for improvement would be to allow an easier transition between Tracking and Reports.

    Philipp has been there for us throughout the process. Very nice guy and a great help. He guided us in setting KPIs, goals, healthscores. Really gave us a lot more than we wanted. We also had some custom integrations and even though they did not support them, their team released a patch for our CRM so we could integrate it

    I had an issue whereby I used a free trial that ended, locking me out of my account. I contacted their customer service to help with this issue, which they resolved in under half an hour. I was extremely impressed with their speed and quality of service, which led me to filling out this review!

    This software makes it easy to analyze your data and optimize your onboarding - maybe the easiest I've seen, but you've got to be willing to dig into its features and setting. And of course without their Concierge Onboarding this is not so easy.

    SoGoSurvey

    I find SoGoSurvey to be a powerful software and yet easy to use. Other software that I have used in the past would take a long time to build and edit and set up different logic. It was usually painful to make changes to surveys that were live. The distribution of surveys through anonymous channels was either missing or misleading. SoGoSurvey gives us the ability to design quickly, edit quickly and convert any survey into an anonymous survey.

    • Cost. The software is very reasonably priced when judged against its functionality. The cost and risk of deploying paper surveys, coupled with the additional time it would take to input the data before analysis, means we have a lot less to worry about, have saved time and money.
    • Data and reputation. Security of data is important to us. Using this software has enhanced our credibility with clients. We're serious about data security and this software shows that we are.
    • Ethics and reputation. We are also serious about achieving the highest ethical standards in research, and nothing in this software impedes our ability to meet these standards.
    • Speed. The online training, all of which has been 1-2-1, helped me get to grips with the software and deploy it quickly. The quality of training is very high indeed.
