Likelihood to Recommend Demandbase is a must have at our company. From an advertising standpoint it has allowed us to scale our ABM strategies and exceed benchmarks in our display ads. Our sales users are spending less time researching accounts and more time selling as Demandbase makes it easy for them to get alerted when accounts are showing intent and engagement with our business. I'm looking forward to the release of the multiple account journey product update, which will allow us to see how accounts are engaging with our other product areas and where we are missing the mark with engaging with those accounts who may be showing buyer signals with a particular GTM

If you want your products to be reviewed by real users, if you want the reviews to be relevant and authentic, TrustRadius is providing it. If you are really interested in what your clients think and how they use your product, what challenges they are facing this is the right platform to work with.

Ad Targeting and budgeting is very concise, the platform tells you how much reach and spend you can expect for each campaign. Person-based ad targeting, they are one of the only platforms that offers this which is a game changer. Read full review Cons Under the "highlighted" section there are only 6 accounts to see. It would be nice to have more than 6. The engagement is rated in "minutes" while that's not really what is being scored. It's a little confusing as to how their engagement is scored. It would be nice to be able to mute or hide of some contacts that we have already spoken to so that it opens space for other prospects. While not a major issue, it would be nice to have a TrustRadius Slack/chat integration where I could quickly reach my reps. That being said, my reps already have a great response time! It would be nice if I could run a report on how my company's competitors are performing on TrustRadius for Vendors. Read full review Likelihood to Renew We expect to see good success in creating personalized experiences using Demandbase. This has allowed us to create industry specific visitor site experience as well as account specific site experience. This is expected to lead to higher conversion on the site. Therefore, we are very much likely to continue to use it.

Being able to hear from our customers and partners and share that information across the organization is very important to WatchGuard. I really see working with TrustRadius as a partnership that has been beneficial for both organizations and is continuing to prove very successful
Read full review Usability Demandbase does have a learning curve, but once you get into it, the platform becomes very easy to use overall. I had a couple of sessions with our reps to have training sessions. After I was established, the only time I need help is with updates to the platform.
Read full review It was easy to integrate, pull data and reports from, and really easy to customize the design to fit the branding of our site. I found it easy to show other team members how to use. Our whole team was able to get around the system to fit their different needs
Read full review Support Rating I don't deal a whole lot with the customer support, focused more on the use of it but from my experience, it's been fine. They've replied to my issues in a timely manner, never more than a day. The advertising team might be another story but I can't speak directly to that.

We also leverage in-platform advertising a lot for our targeted account approach and Demandbase has an exceptional platform for this use case. The most impactful difference was the relationship we have with our account team and how they continually ensure our success.

What sets TrustRadius for Vendors apart is their customer service and ability to address out personal needs and provide strategic recommendations on how we can make the most out of our paid partnership with them. Other similar providers don't seem to deliver best-in-class customer service.

Webhooks would help us track some of the above & when we get them set up, I'm sure we'll see many new leads coming in.
