Demandbase is the best platform for all companies in my opinion. The platform is very easy to use so it would be well-suited for a company new to ABM but also robust enough for a company well in to their ABM journey. Demandbase offers all of the features and modules needed to run ABM campaigns and demonstrate ROI
TrustRadius is a must-have peer review platform for any B2B company. It is an excellent source of current, honest, long-form customer feedback. Prospects who are looking for their next solution get a thorough look into use cases similar to theirs. Being active on peer review platforms like TrustRadius should be a staple in every B2B company's marketing playbook.
The account selection tool does a good job of ranking accounts by criteria. You can sort your target accounts by intent, size, industry, surging traffic or interest, or combinations of factors.
The retargeting tool allows for personalized ads at scale. Without having to create hundreds or thousands of creative sets, you can dynamically customize ads to speak to your prospects by name.
Demandbase's reporting provides great visualizations of the impact of your marketing efforts. You can see from first touch to closed business how deals were influenced by your efforts.
I wish the intent audiences had the option to filter the audience more. I feel like it lacks in that field.
The vendor portal is between the legacy and new version, so I have trouble navigating and sometimes get logged out for no reason and can't sign back in.
We expect to see good success in creating personalized experiences using Demandbase. This has allowed us to create industry specific visitor site experience as well as account specific site experience. This is expected to lead to higher conversion on the site. Therefore, we are very much likely to continue to use it.
We definitely see the value in peer review platforms like TrustRadius. Being able to hear from our customers and partners and share that information across the organization is very important to WatchGuard. I really see working with TrustRadius as a partnership that has been beneficial for both organizations and is continuing to prove very successful
Demandbase does have a learning curve, but once you get into it, the platform becomes very easy to use overall. I had a couple of sessions with our reps to have training sessions. After I was established, the only time I need help is with updates to the platform.
It was easy to integrate, pull data and reports from, and really easy to customize the design to fit the branding of our site. I found it easy to show other team members how to use. Our whole team was able to get around the system to fit their different needs
I don't deal a whole lot with the customer support, focused more on the use of it but from my experience, it's been fine. They've replied to my issues in a timely manner, never more than a day. The advertising team might be another story but I can't speak directly to that.
The main thing that sets TrustRadius for Vendors apart is the strategic partnership they offer. Our monthly syncs with our CSM (shout out JOE!) are always productive and strategic. At times when we don't have much to bring to the agenda, Joe is at the ready to talk about new or underutilized features and give us some tips and pointers to take our program to the next level. The team has gone out of their way to partner with us on various projects. And our recent annual review with Vinay was so helpful. When comparing these experiences to that of our other review platform partnerships, there's no comparison.
The consultant did a fantastic job in integrating Demandbase with Adobe Insight so we could leverage it to full potential. We also customized the industry groups specific to our company.
My only key insight is to make sure that you remember the TrustRadius team is your partner, not your enemy! They are there to help ensure the success within your organization and will do everything they can to help you meet your goals.
Demandbase has its own intent data, and we can also integrate other party intent data like Bombora, but that is optional. We like their office hours so that we do not need to spend an extra dollar to get expert help. The price point is also very justified for everything we get from it.
In order to pick the right vendors, I built a series of queries our potential customers would type in Google at different stages of their journey and looked at how software review websites were performing on the result page. TrustRadius for Vendors was the most balanced in terms of performance across the different stages of the journey
Demandbase has helped me close business by focusing my lead generation efforts on companies that I know are interested in my services or use products that I consult on
At Salesforce.com, I used Demandbase to alert sales about companies that are "actively" looking at our products, which led to faster close times and increased revenues
We've added a significant number of reviews (44 in ENT) which is where we're hoping to add more reviews. That's been a big addition for us. We wanted to build our profile and increase traffic on the page and we've done that so far.
We wanted to improve our 6.6 TrustRadius score rating and so far, we moved it up to 7.1. It's challenging to move it up as we get positive and negative reviews, but we're confident we can keep moving it up to get ourselves in the mix for some of the industry-related reports.
We earned a Most Loved badge for 2023, which was a surprise for us. This was not on our KPI list but we are proud of it. We created some content around it and plan to celebrate it with our sales team going forward.
