-I recommend Dialpad if you are in sales or Customer Service -Dialpad is great for any team or group as it does allow for not only individual feedback but great feedback and collaboration tools for a team -This is also a great tool for training and acclimating new employees -Overall, I believe Dialpad can be used in any industry

We had a very good run with XenCall in the beginning voice quality was excellent prices were competitive ran smoothly we never needed support or had any problem but when we did we faced long holds no chat service on the website customer support agent don't know much what they're doing they're just there to take notes and pass it on to their supervisors.

  • The transcript of Voice intelligence AI works good but can be improved
  • When a recording is being played it doesn't sync well with the transcripts. Not a big issue but can be improved
  • Sometimes I encountered Voice delay even when with good internet connection
  • Rest everything seems fine. Dialpad has everything we need.

I think that Skype for Business was a clunky system to use and didn't seem as up-to-date with their interface as Dialpad Sell does. I have found that Slack does a better job at communicating within the company, but Dialpad Sell is still the best system for external outreach.

Vici dial - This was only a calling software and it stored notes, it did not have the exclusive reporting XenCALL has.
