Likelihood to Recommend GetAccept has shown great progress in the digital electronic signature market, we have had almost no problems since adopting it, although at some point we thought about stopping using the GetAccept server. It is very practical for both the client and the advisor using it. It has a very intuitive interface and the management is amazing.

Read full review Signable to is a great all-around option for most businesses that require online document signing. They are based in the UK so if you have clients in Europe, they are fully compliant with all EU laws. There are easier online document options out there so if you are not tech-savvy and a beginner with online document signing, there are some other choices that may make it easier to get started, but Signable is a very good all-around choice for any size business.

Read full review Cons The graphical interface needs some improvements, especially on the mobile version, to speed up the various operations. Some operations are not fully automated. For example, there are no templates available to create a contract proposal. GetAccept does not allow you to gradually monitor the changes made by customers. Read full review Support Rating The Customer Support team was responsive. I typically submitted questions while I was using the app and via the web. The FAQ support base was alright. I cannot recall a time when I used that as opposed to connecting with a rep. I believe all communication was via email. Dalius was great at soliciting feedback. I particularly valued him offering support for best practices as it related to more strategic ways to use GetAccept.

It has the maximum features as compared to its competitors which are a quite useful and enhanced program that enables in order to do the CRM easy. Also, it provides particular support to the problems which we faced and resolve them asap.

DocuSign mostly because the customer support was not as good. It was very difficult to get a response in a timely manner when you have to get a document out to a client and need to wait days for a response. The user interface for
DocuSign , on the surface, looked easy to use, but in reality, it was kind of clunky and buggy and caused frustrations with our team.

Being able to see how long the prospect has viewed certain parts of a proposal or contract is a massive added on value.
