Users can embed images and video into surveys. Users can also program the question flow with custom logic. Google Forms are better than JotForm but not nearly as powerful as FormAssembly or Formstack. If you need integrations or more complex logic, then you will want to go with a more built-out form solution.
Jotform is good too and gives theming & CSS priority. However, I don't think the theme is important in forms, we chose Google Forms because we needed simplicity.
Googke form is product of Google which makes it more flexible and user friendly. Also the integration of all the Google apps makes it more versatile to use in any condition. Google Forms can export entries directly into the Google sheets for free and hence it beats the Jotform.
Jotform was much easier to use in terms of creating an app! Although I like Google Forms for some uses, Jotform blew me away and I may shift to using it more.
We use Jotform instead of Google Forms because you can customize the input fields. We need very specific information from our participants and Jotform allows our participants to fill in the information we need a specific format to fit our list-building events. Also, the …

It is difficult to see answers in Google Forms. To us it is messy. In Jotform everything is clear and you can download answers in PDF, which is very handy.
Jotform looks more professional when the form is complete, I like being able to have questions side by side and on cards, as opposed to the stacked option Google Forms provides. I also like the logo addition and customisation options on Jotform. But the main advantage over Googl…
Jotform is so much more versatile that Google Forms, which we originally used. Google Forms was blocked by some of our users, where we have not had that problem with Jotform.

Jotform is an all-inclusive platform. Google lacks the features, templates, and form fields that are crucial in a form builder for any business. The branding and customization is a level far above what Google offers. I wouldn't go back to Google after working with Jotform as I …
Jotform's free tier seems stronger than some of the entry-level tiers of other products, which is why we decided to test it.

Jotform vs Google - Submissions are organized nicely in Jotform - Jotform has creative freedom. Google doesn't have as many question options and editing abilities.
Jotform has so many more features to choose from when creating a form or survey and the way you get your data is unbeatable as far as it collecting it and putting it together to have and discuss the submissions. The basic free option is also better. You get way more submissions …

Compared to Google and Microsoft, Jotform has a lot more features. I particularly love the e-signature because it makes the form feel more trustworthy for our team.
In the past we used Forms but it doesn't allow as follow-up messages or the ease of use of questions. Plus the data is harder to track without having to export over and over to see the results. Also, limited question types that may be used to gather data about the participants …
Jotform is very flexible robust. It has excellent integration options. The mobile app is excellent. It allows you to manage inventory, shop front, variants of a product which other softwares struggle. Ability to collect payment and seamlessly integrate with paypal, credit cards …
