NinjaOne is a great solution for an all-in-one software suite that will accomplish many goals in a single pain of glass. It is very beneficial for small IT teams that need to automate and jobs as much as possible.
Patch management solution may not be the best if you have a large 3rd party software library.

Works well for remote users to connect to their onsite computers. The mobile app works great for technicians. I can't really think of anywhere it isn't appropriate because these days everyone works remotely at some point and even if they have no need to connect to an onsite device when they need assistance the tech can connect quickly and easily.
Read full review Pros With Ninja, we are able to have all of our IT tools and management under one umbrella making it extremely easy to keep an eye on all of our servers and workstations. Their support team is OUTSTANDING and gives quick and helpful answers to our questions. Our account manager calls us personally to review any issues and ensure we are running smoothly. Zoho Assist service will stop workstations automatically sleeping (unless overridden) - this was done deliberately by their development team as they aware (and unable to fix) their issues with WOL. Support is terrible - very quick response initially - but it can take weeks to get any actual support or solution. I currently have outstanding tickets over 2 months old with no response. File transfer clunky, slow and inconsistent. Clients often show offline when actually available and online. Copy/paste inconsistent (clipboard). Initially slow to connect to clients. Ninja's interface is clean and simple. Overall usability from an interface perspective is good. Some items, policies and scripting for instance, are a bit cumbersome and it's really not clear how to implement with a best practice mind-site. Ninja RMM got the job done for us but as we pushed our needs more into automation and efficiency we felt it wasn't keeping up with our speed of growth. There is definitely usability in the product, and it will get the job done, but there are other RMM's out there that fit better in our business.

Very easy to use. Tech support is available, but not needed. Our customers are able to download and run the file quickly, an audible tone alerts users as to when the assisted person joins the session. It is functional, aesthetically pleasing, and contains all the capability anyone needs for remote support.

Support has been very responsive and my account rep Brian K. has communicated with me continuously making sure we had everything we need. Not like other MDMs where they sign you up and that's the last you hear from them. NinjaOne makes sure you use the product to its best application and you are successful and continue as the product features grow.

As I said earlier, Zoho Assist is a perfect remote access software and very well meets our needs to solve installation, uninstallation and general configuration issues. The interface is beautiful, clean, user-friendly and works very well on Windows 10. All the support and infrastructure staff approve and enjoy using it

Ninja is much easier to use that anything I've worked with in the past. We selected Ninja because we felt the learning curve for the team would be the fastest, and the roadmap for the product shows its evolving quickly. Can't say that for many of the other platforms I've worked with in the past. Great account management. Great Product overall.

Cost is one thing that makes Zoho Assist beat the competing software. The security plans from the software ensure files and anything sensitive are well maintained and governed. The interface, the simplicity, and the friendliness of Zoho Assist attracts attention of prospective clients. Zoho Assist successfully make the desktop remote access process effective and at a reduced cost.

It's reliable whenever we need it. Without Zoho Assist we would probably not use a screen control program and would waste time trying to find a similar function from a combo of other programs rather than one.
