I used MaritzCX in a previous company, and find it to be a far superior product with an exceptional support team. I have evaluated the Qualtrics product for previous companies and my existing company, and it appears to be on par with other platforms.
Better than QuestionPro because it is more user friendly in creating the EDM's for the email distribution & 24/7 help desk is not available for QuestionPro.
Better than Medallia & SurveyMonkey because it has more analytics capabilities & more question types.
