Qualtrics Employee Experience is great for annual reviews as well as weekly meetings, performance checks, quarterly events, and being able to edit and view results quickly. You can also build out reports to show everyone. I love the platform. It is nice knowing you also have 24/7 support. I highly recommend it for all events.

Quick adaption came from the ease of use and that is why I would recommend it. If you need more robust cascading goal capabilities you might have to work at it

  • Although the old interface was easy, it still can become convoluted at times if an employee has multiple managers. They need to make it easier to for employees who have a manager and a top level manager that need to also see the review.
  • Reviewsnap's old UI does not allow for employees who have 2 same-level managers. This is an oversight that needs to be addressed.

We used to use Survey Monkey and it did what we needed it to do. It's not as professional though, which is one reason why the switch to Qualtrics XM for People Teams. It did have basic features that Qualtrics XM for People Teams doesn't though, such as the ability to auto-alphabetize answer choices.

  • Overall, we have enjoyed Reviewsnap as it gave us all the functionality and ease at a very reasonable cost. That will be abruptly disrupted on December 31, 2018. We will be forced to make a change.
