I continue to recommend Bill.com for businesses of various sizes, as the system of record for company disbursements for approval and control reasons. Best practices include using Expensify as the system of record for inputting expense reports, using Bill.com for reimbursement and approval of expense reports, vendor and contractor payables, and then syncing Bill.com with the accounting system, which is the master system of record. In this way, data entry is optimized, visibility and control are maximized and users are not burdened with having to access multiple systems to submit documents or process requests.

I will renew my subscription.
While our firm does not use Bill.com internally, we know many customers that use Bill.com and are very happy with it. Based on the feedback from current users, I would say that the product should have a strong renewal forecast. Once customers move their AP to the cloud, they would be unlikely to move it back given a choice.
Easy to implement, simple to use, mobility, always getting better
I no longer work for the company that used Bill.com, but we would have certainly continued to use Bill.com for our billing and payment needs. We were very happy with the product, very happy with the service and willingness for improvements, so why would we ever quit!
As long as I have big enough clients (meaning 20 bill payments or more per month) I will continue to market use of bill.com

We have reached out by live chat and phone and always found resolution to any problems encountered. The reduced labor costs for processing our accounts payable make Bill.com pay for itself and then some.
