The Druva Cloud Platform (formerly Druva inSync & Druva Phoenix) provides unified data protection, management, and information governance across endpoints and cloud applications. We use it for end user data on laptops and it is easy to deploy on those machines. Enterprise has the end user back ups set to back up the documents folder and the desktop. Any more is set by the end user. The end user may also determine what data can be backed up within those folders.

Basic functionality is great, and backups are done with ease.
Admin interface is easy to learn and to operate.
User interface could be easier to use, and if need for local PC backup, that has its own UI.

We use Druva inSync for backup of the GSuite environment (Mail/Docs/Drive). It works extremely well and allows us to back up GSuite at a significantly reduced rate since we're using it for our endpoint backups. Really, when it comes down to it, it's a single-pane-of-glass interface for the primary systems that we need to be backed up.

We protect Office 365, SharePoint & Teams data using Druva Cloud Platform. It helps backup in less time in the cloud and also restores data for specific networks, saving on data loss threats. Also, it integrates so well with Office 365 that all data relative to mail and Teams are auto backed up and it becomes very easy to retrieve information even when there is a crash of a laptop or server.

We do not currently use Druva inSync for backing up any SaaS products, as we already had other backup products in place. Druva inSync is only used for workstation backups for us. As stated elsewhere in my review, the admin portal can be a little busy when only using one aspect of the product. All of the other options still show up despite not being active.

Druva inSync provides unified data protection across our Microsoft Office 365 environment. It currently protects all of the cloud applications within the Microsoft Office 365 including Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams were we have data on all of the applications. It handles the backups with great effectiveness and efficiency. We set it up once and we do not have to change it every time we are someone or something new because we simply back up everything.

I am not particularly protecting any cloud apps. My focus is mostly on the local files on the machine. However when files stream was available, I preferred to use it over the major players in the cloud space. As a preference I was using Google Drive, but now have adopted One Drive to make up for what inSync is no longer providing.

We have been protecting Office 365 since we implemented Druva inSync, we felt we needed improved internal server security and Druva inSync provides it. We can almost securely encrypt all our data and keep hackers at bay. We can also manage from a remote desktop quickly and reliably if we need a file quickly and securely.

We have integration with Box and it has been one of the best decisions we have made as we can combine physical and cloud storage with the web restore capability that Druva allows us to integrate by connecting it with other services.
