Varicent is a system you build for your unique needs and business objectives. Once this is in place you can adjust and change accordingly. This system has the flexibility to change in correlation with the needs of your business. From simple viewing adjustments to changing the whole landscape of your operations this system can be modified in whatever direction necessary. Also with the growing popularity of handheld devices this system is at a huge advantage by being accessible from the Ipad.

Customer support from IBM is impeccable. They are quick to respond and they don't nickel and dime you for every request you make. Their goal is to ensure your success and as a user, I really feel like they listen to my concerns. That's not to say there are no problems. All software has its issues, but I don't feel like those issues fall on deaf ears.

Varicent support has great customer services and they have a very fast turn around time for hot fixes. Varicent stays up to date with their new product releases; they take their customers recommendations seriously. It seems like every few years they are rolling out a new release which includes many upgrades. Not mention the upgrade process is seamless.

Until I find another system that can do the creation and maintenance of the plans, and not the payout as most of the systems focus on, I will remain with Varicent. It took over 6 months of planning with the implementation team, working with them side by side and that time is precious to a department of 2 people. To develop another system to give us the same information Varicent does would take just as long and the system may not be as flexible as Varicent.
