Overall Satisfaction with SoGoSurvey
I was tasked by my manager to understand our teams' dynamics, identify core issues that would help boost productivity, and improve communication. Luckily I found SoGoSurvey through my research, this platform really helped us collate, organize and present the collected data in a structured and easy to understand format. This was used by my department which was the Computational Thermal and Fluid Sciences Research and Development group.

- High Quality, ready to use survey templates.
- Extremely responsive and helpful support team.
- For the project that we used it for this has been a phenomenal success.
- They only accept billing in USD.
- Free version also available but has limited functionality.
- Very high ROI, helps solve real business problems.
- SoGoSurvey has been a delightful Employee Engagement platform for us.
Qualtrics and Google Forms both are ok but do not have the same functionality as SoGoSurvey, I would not use Google Forms because of serious shortcomings on question types and data analysis and I would prefer to use Sogo over Qualitics for the functionality boost, Qualtrics has a very outdated user interface that is very hard to use and it is extremely expensive. Much more professional than other tools like Gainsight, Google Forms, Qualtrics, and SurveyMonkey, as I have experienced lower response rates with unprofessional-looking surveys.
