Overall Satisfaction with 6sense

Proactive intent-based advertising campaigns, weekly insight into hot accounts, and segmentation for research to inform outreach. We have limited BDR resources so we need to make the most out of every message sent. Having the tracking to de-anonymize site traffic means we can start to get a better idea around who is in market and actually engaging.

Absolutely. That's 6sense's main benefit I think, and we've had good success with matching intent with site visitors, ad clicks, and content engagement. We're seeing success with matching the intent across verticals and at different scales, and the company filters when configuring segments are really detailed and provide a lot of nuances when it comes to targeting.
No, we don't use the AI piece. 6QA scores require a fairly significant amount of salesforce data that is representative of the "standard" sales process to help the algorithm identify patterns. When you don't have enough volume it's hard for the AI to have enough to chew on. In lieu of that we simply use engagement and intent keywords to create segments that align with buying stages.
Terminus and Demandbase did not provide the same level of account insights (at the time). We moved from Demandbase to Terminus, then Terminus to 6sense. Segmentation in Terminus was extremely weak and we could not narrow as tight as we needed to. 6sense segments are miles above to create little pockets of opportunity.

Most mid-market to enterprise companies would benefit from a tool like 6sense. Even if ONLY using it for traffic ID and account insights, it provides a huge amount of insight to sales teams. The case where it's less appropriate is with very niche segments with maybe one or two narrow deciders that are to reach. It's much more useful in a 1:many ABM scenario.
