Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As a recruitment agency it is fundamental we have a reliable telephony system in place across the business. For the last year, we have been using 8x8 as our sole telecom provider which has proved superior to other providers with excellent functionality and fantastic support.

Pros and Cons

Quick, reliable and professional support based in the UK.
Ability to control everything from their virtual office application which is available over numerous devices.
Very competitive costing.

Sometimes the virtual office app can be confusing due to the large amount of functionality, but 8x8 is always happy to offer training.

Return on Investment

Superior functionality and user control meaning little time is spent managing the system freeing up time to be spent on core business functions.
Low cost meaning business costs are kept down.

Alternatives Considered

Vonage Enterprise

Moved from Vonage to 8x8 and can confidently say that 8x8 is far better. From memory, I think Vonage may be slightly cheaper but comparing price to functionality, support and other key variables 8x8 is a far better value.

Likelihood to Recommend

8x8 has worked well for me as a business owner, especially being able to control everything by the app. If I am called out the office and forget to set up a forward on my phone then I can do this at any time on the phone app.
