We use ActiveCampaign throughout our whole business. As we are a small firm, everyone involved uses ActiveCampaign between departments. We use it to simplify newsletter subscriptions and for marketing purposes, as we send out individualized marketing to our customers and other interested groups. We also use it to track engagement.

Mailchimp had a much more complicated automation process, which, when working with different people, was almost impossible to track. ActiveCampaign is a simple visual that makes it great to understand and use. Additionally, Mailchimp was becoming too expensive, once you hit a certain send volume as you needed new lists for everything, putting in contacts double, and costing you more money and time.
